We are continuing our study of who we are. We have been shown our soul is divided from our spirit. As we get to know ourselves, we will learn how to quiet our souls and listen in our human spirit. A believer’s born again spirit is a combination of our spirit plus the Holy Spirit living together. The heart is not a separate part of who we are, but rather it is referenced as a combination of the soul and the spirit.
1 Corinthians 3:16: Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? NAS
