How to Get Doubt Out

Get Doubt Out!

Just because doubt enters our mind does not mean we should let it out of our mouth. What we say must stay in line with what God says.

Step 1: Understand you get what you speak!

Proverbs 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” (NKJ)

Matthew 12:33-37 Jesus said, “Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.

34 O generation of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart brings forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.

36 But I say to you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

37 For by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned.” (NKJ)

The best way to destroy your harvest is by speaking negatively when you don’t see immediate results.

Step 2: Get your mind right!

Stop agreeing with the world. We cannot act or talk the way the world does and expect the Word to work for us.

Romans 12:2 “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (NKJ)

Colossians 2:20 “Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to (its) rules—” (NKJ)(NIV)

Galatians 4:3; 93 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world. 9 But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage?” (NKJ)

Step 3: Faith speaks words of hope; not fear and doubt. Speak faith-filled words. Guard against speaking negatively. Don’t speak what you see in the natural realm. Speak what you see in the Word of God. (Back to Matthew 12:35) You cannot speak out what is not put in.

Romans 10:6-10 “But the righteousness which is of faith speaks thus, Say not in your heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above 🙂 7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

8 But what says it? The Word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the Word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. 10 For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (NKJ)

If salvation is obtained through confession, why do we think healing is achieved any other way?  Everything we need is achieved this way. This is how faith works!

1 Peter 2:24 “Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, (Back to Colossians 2:20) might live for righteousnessby whose stripes you were healed.” (NKJ)

Psalm 103:1-5Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. 2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: 3 Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases; 4 Who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies; 5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things; so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” (NKJ)

In consistency lies the power; not just in saying it once or twice but saying it because you mean it.

Psalm 107:2Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy.” (NKJ) NLT “Has the LORD redeemed you? Then speak out!”

To remove doubt out of your life, stop talking unbelief. Stop talking about the problem;  instead claim the solution by confessing the Word. Believe His Word. Act on His Word. You are the only one in control of your mouth! Get in agreement with God and say what He says. Speak His Word!
