Enforce Your Victory

The reason many of us lose the battle is because we are fighting an enemy we don’t know HAS BEEN defeated. Why does the Devil still attack us if he is defeated? Because he is a rebel and will not submit to what YOU will not enforce. And you cannot enforce what you don’t know.

Colossians 2:15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it (the cross). (NKJ)

1 John 3:8b …  For this purpose, the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

Colossians 1:13 He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of His beloved Son, (Berean)

The Devil doesn’t lay down and play dead. You and I have to enforce what Jesus has already done. We must make the Devil know that we know who the victor is.

1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! (NKJ)

1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith. (NKJ)

Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. (NKJ)

The church, you and I, the bride of Christ, must fulfill our eternal purpose.

Ephesians 3:10-11 His purpose was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, 11 according to the eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Berean)

We cannot win the war using our own carnal thoughts and words. Enforcement can only be achieved by His plan.

Ephesians 6:10-17 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God; (NKJ)

The Passion Translation Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last: Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of His explosive power flowing in and through you.
11 Put on God’s complete set of armor provided for us, so that you will be protected as you fight against the evil strategies of the accuser!  12 Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings, but with the highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms.  For they are spiritual forces and evil spirits that hold this dark world in bondage. 13 Because of this, you must wear all the armor that God provides so you’re protected as you confront the slanderer, for you are destined for all things and will rise victorious.
14 Put on truth as a belt to strengthen you to stand in triumph. Put on holiness as the protective armor that covers your heart. 15 Stand on your feet alert, then you’ll always be ready to share the blessings of peace. 16 In every battle, take faith as your wrap-around shield, for it is able to extinguish the blazing arrows coming at you from the evil one!  17-18 Embrace the power of salvation’s full deliverance, like a helmet to protect your thoughts from lies. And take the mighty razor-sharp Spirit-sword of the spoken word of God.
When you speak anything other than the Scripture, you are using the natural realm to fight a spiritual battle.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, (NKJ)

Whenever sickness, oppression, or circumstances attack your mind, your body, or your family, fight back by casting out any doubt or unbelief with the Word. Speak it out loud over your body, over your thoughts, and over your circumstances. But it must be spoken in faith.

Hebrews 4:2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the Word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. (NKJ)

2 Corinthians 4:13 And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,
Do not settle for less than God’s best He has already provided for you. Dare to speak God’s Word if faith over your life. You’ve already been declared the victor.
