Butterflies For God – Part 2
The Lord is calling His true Church to wake up! Let go of beliefs that do not line up with His Word. Therefore, labor to believe the Word to set you free from religion, traditions, news forecasts, all media and political parties that reject God. Instead focus on walking in His divine nature. Jesus does not care about our affiliations; He cares about our relationship with Him, your character to judge yourself, and how you use His Word. Come out of your cocoon, and become a butterfly for Christ and watch your life soar!
2 Peter 1: 3, 4: 3 Everything we could ever need for life and complete devotion to God has already been deposited in us by his divine power. For all this was lavished upon us through the rich experience of knowing him who has called us by name and invited us to come to him through a glorious manifestation of his goodness. 4 As a result of this, he has given you magnificent promises that are beyond all price, so that through the power of these tremendous promises you can experience partnership with the divine nature, by which you have escaped the corrupt desires that are of the world. 2 Corinthians 1:20: For all the promises of God are “Yes” in Christ. And so through Him, our “Amen” is spoken to the glory of God. Berean
20 For all of God’s promises find their “yes” of fulfillment in him. And as his “yes” and our “amen” ascend to God, we bring him glory! TPT
John 14:15: If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. Berean
John 14: 23, 24: 23 Jesus replied, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. 24 Whoever does not love Me does not keep My words. The word that you hear is not My own, but it is from the Father who sent Me. Berean
John 15: 1-8: “I am a true sprouting vine, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father. 2 He cares for the branches connected to me by lifting and propping up the fruitless branches and pruning every fruitful branch to yield a greater harvest. 3 The words I have spoken over you have already cleansed you. 4 So you must remain in life-union with me, for I remain in life-union with you. For as a branch severed from the vine will not bear fruit, so your life will be fruitless unless you live your life intimately joined to mine. 5 “I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches. As you live in union with me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you—but when you live separated from me you are powerless. 6 If a person is separated from me, he is discarded; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire to be burned. 7 But if you live in life-union with me and if my words live powerfully within you—then you can ask whatever you desire and it will be done. 8 When your lives bear abundant fruit, you demonstrate that you are my mature disciples who glorify my Father! John 10: 10: The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. KJ
10 A thief has only one thing in mind—he wants to steal, slaughter, and destroy. But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expect—life in its fullness until you overflow! TPT
James 4: 1-4a: What is the cause of your conflicts and quarrels with each other? Doesn’t the battle begin inside of you as you fight to have your own way and fulfill your own desires? 2 You jealously want what others have so you begin to see yourself as better than others. You scheme with envy and harm others to selfishly obtain what you crave—that’s why you quarrel and fight. And all the time you don’t obtain what you want because you won’t ask God for it! 3 And if you ask, you won’t receive it for you’re asking with corrupt motives, seeking only to fulfill your own selfish desires. 4 You have become spiritual adulterers who are having an affair, an unholy relationship with the world. TPT
James 4: 7, 8: 7 So then, surrender to God. Stand up to the devil and resist him and he will turn and run away from you. 8 Move your heart closer and closer to God, and he will come even closer to you. But make sure you cleanse your life, you sinners, and keep your heart pure and stop doubting. TPT
We see that we have God’s divine nature already in us. For that divine nature to work, we have to stay in the Vine. Jesus is the Vine and we are branches attached to Him. When we produce fruit, He prunes us so we produce more fruit. When we are not producing fruit, He props us up to get back into Him, His Word, because our focus is on the world. That is why it is so important to fellowship with Jesus, and keep your relationship with Him alive every day. When you do, He can prop you up, and lead you back into His Word so that you can bear fruit. Jesus told us when we are being stolen from, or destroyed, it is the thief. We must recognize the thief quickly, tell the evil spirits no. Submit to God, which means say no to the devil, and resist him, and he will flee from you! This is how the divine nature of God works! Judge yourself, cleanse your heart daily of sin and doubt, and surrender to Jesus who is the Word. Every time you believe any promise in the Word of God by saying “yes” to that promise, you are literally glorifying God!
