Today, we are going to practice, through steps, how to change our thinking. Science used to think our brains were fixed and could not change, but now they have found our brains are neuroplastic; meaning malleable, able to change with renewable characteristics. So let’s practice taking control of our thoughts, and literally change the structure of our brains.
Today we are going to further show how our thoughts literally control our attitude, which is our “state of mind.” How we think affects our spirit, soul and body. We must learn that our minds are our responsibility. We determine what we think, and what we think determines our physical and mental well-being.
